We cannot predict how many vacancies we will get in any year, and we have to let 75% to people nominated to us by the local authority. But as a rough guide we would expect about 20 properties a year to be available for transfer applicants. The scheme is open to residents with a permanent tenancy who have been in their current home for at least a year and who are in good standing with Community. To check the availability of transfer properties please use this web link I am a registered Community transfer list tenant. This will take you to the website that lists properties that Community has currently available for transfer. You will need to enter the user ID number, followed by the PIN number which will have been allocated to you to access the site fully. This allows you to view details of properties and bid for them. It will also give results of previous transfer bids and where you were placed on any shortlist. Please note that only the top five on any shortlist will be selected to view the property.
