If you live in a property bought or built by Community since 1 April 1997 with funds from the Housing Corporation, you have the right to buy it at a discount, currently £16,000. The right goes with the property, so if you move into an older property you will not have the right to buy it. To find out if your home qualifies, ask your Housing Officer. |
