Your tenancy agreement shows how much rent you have to pay. If you have difficulties in paying the rent, get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can discuss the problem and give you advice.
How to Pay Your Rent
However you choose to pay, you must give us your full name and address and rent account number. Your rent account number is printed on the corner of your swipe card. If you are unsure, ask your income officer. You can pay your rent in five different ways:
1. Swipe Cards
You can pay your rent at any Post Office or any PayPoint outlet. You can use cash or cheque at the Post Office, cash only at PayPoints. Don’t forget to keep your receipts safe. To request a new card, contact the CSC.
2. Debit & Credit Card
Just call 020 7428 4328 or 020 7428 4258 during office hours & have your card details ready.
3. By Post
Post your cheque to:

Remember to put your name, address & rent account number on the back of the cheque.
4. Telephone or Internet Banking
You can pay your rent from home by ringing your bank and quoting:

You will also have to give your name, address and seven digit rent account number. 5. Standing Order.
You can instruct your bank to pay a set sum of money automatically weekly or monthly. Please contact your income officer for a form to set up a standing order. |
