One Housing Group (OHG) was formed in September 2007, bringing together three housing associations under a group structure: Community Housing Association, Toynbee Housing Association and Island Homes Housing Association. A registered housing association, the Group is a non-asset holding parent.

The Group manages more than 12,000 homes in 26 local authorities across London and adjacent counties and has over 2,700 homes in the development pipeline. These include affordable rented homes, shared ownership schemes, intermediate rent homes for key workers, and homes for private sale. All new schemes look at the need for balanced communities and therefore include a mixture of tenures and uses.

The past 12 months have been a busy period of integration, during which One Housing Group has largely achieved its initial integration plans and year one objectives. The 2007-08 period has seen the Group go from strength to strength in a competitive market and the Group’s consolidated structure has strengthened its capacity to deliver high quality, affordable housing for those in housing need across London.
