One Housing Group (OHG) brings together three housing associations under a group structure: Community Housing Association, Toynbee Housing Association and Island Homes. The Group's main purpose is to provide central, strategic and corporate management services to its three subsidiaries, which each retain the role of providing local management services.

OHG also has a number of group businesses, including One Support; the Group's care and support arm; Community Action, a registered charity; and CityStyle Living Ltd, which manages the Group's market rented properties.
