Mick Sweeney - Group Chief Executive

Over 30 years experience in the housing sector, appointed Group Chief Executive of One Housing Group in February 2007. Prior to that, CEO of Community Housing Association, having previously held the position of Development Director at CHA. Previous experience with a number of housing associations and the Housing Corporation.

Alan Williams - Group Development Director

More than 25 years experience of property maintenance, planned and major works programmes and housing management. Alan joined Community in 1997, became Development Director in 2004, and then Group Development Director at the formation of One Housing Group.

Gareth Crawford - Group New Initiatives Director

Gareth has over 20 years experience in the social housing sector at both Board and Officer Level, and was previously Development Director for Group member Toynbee H.A. Before joining Toynbee in 2000, he worked for a number of other London-based RSL’s including “Housing for Women”, “Wandle” and “Newlon”.

Kevin Beirne - Group Director, One Support

With over 15 years experience in housing, development and business management, Kevin became a Director of Community in 2003 and was appointed Group Director of Housing Care and Support (One Support) in September 2007 upon formation of the Group.

Barry Aspland - Group Finance & IT Director

With over 10 years experience in the PFI/PPP and property services sectors and in joint venture environments, Barry joined One Housing Group in August 2007.

John Gregory - Managing Director, Community

Over 25 years extensive property and housing services experience across the housing sector.

Paul Coates - Managing Director, Toynbee

With over 10 years experience of working in the housing sector, Paul Coates is the Managing Director for Toynbee. Prior to this role, Paul was the Assistant Director of Housing Management at Community, and the Service Improvement Manager at Southern Housing Group. Paul is also an accredited Peer Reviewer for I&Dea (Improvement and Development Agency).

Catherine Kyne - Interim Managing Director, Island Homes

Over 20 years experience in Housing Management, Regeneration and Asset Management. Catherine joined One Housing Group April 2008.
