One Housing Group is a comprehensive strategic housing provider. Currently it is made up of three regional housing associations and other businesses. It operates in 25 local authorities across London and in adjacent home counties. A registered housing association, the group is a non-asset holding parent.

One Housing Group's main function is to provide central, strategic, and corporate management services to its subsidiaries, which retain the function of providing locally focussed neighbourhood management services. The new Group will develop a comprehensive community investment approach to support the delivery of neighbourhood regeneration and social inclusion.

One Housing Group includes: Community, Toynbee, Island Homes, One Support, Citystyle Living, Community Action and CHA Ventures.
