Island Homes welcomes complaints as a way to improve service delivery. Please help us to make things better for you. A complaint is when you are dissatisfied with a service you have received or with how you have been treated by a member of staff or one of our contractors.

If you would like to make a complaint please do so in person or click here to email us or write to us at:

Please include the following information in your complaint:

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your contact telephone number
  • Details of your complaint.
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in accordance with our Complaints Procedure.
