What is Island Homes?
We are a Resident Led Registered Social Landlord working on the Isle of Dogs in East London.


How do I Report a Repair?
There are two ways to report a repair. Either visit the repairs section of this website or call our Repairs Team on Freephone 0800 783 6337 during office hours or our Out of Hours Emergency Service on Freephone 0800 376 1637.


I’m not happy with the service I have received, how do I make a complaint?

Island Homes strives to deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction, however we also encourage you to tell us when our staff get it wrong. If you feel we have failed in this promise there are a number of ways of reaching us. How do I pay my rent?

All Island Homes tenants will be issued with a new Island Homes AllPay card during the first week after transfer.

You can use this card to pay at any Post Office Branch or anywhere displaying the official payzone or paypoint symbols. You can also pay online by following the links from the "Paying your Rent" section on the site.

Alternatively we can offer a standing order service for easy hassle free payment. To establish a standing order service please call your local housing office for more information.



How do I report Anti-Social Behaviour?

We take Anti-Social Behaviour very seriously. Please note that in case of emergency always dial 999 and ask for the Police.
