Make a complaint
You can make a complaint when you are dissatisfied with any aspect of a service that we, or our contractors, provide.
Toynbee welcomes complaints as a way to improve service delivery. Please help us to make things better for you.
A complaint is when you are dissatisfied with a service you have received or with how you have been treated by a member of staff or one of our contractors. It could be about the quality of repairs work, a missed appointment, failure to respond to your letters or unfair treatment from staff or contractors. It may also be about a policy or procedure. Whatever you may be dissatisfied with, we would like to hear about it so that we can put things right and learn from our mistakes. As well as making a complaint, we also like to hear about your positive experiences with Toynbee. If you are pleased with the service you have received then please let us know.
