Report anti-social behaviour
Toynbee endeavours to take prompt action to tackle anti-social behaviour (ASB). We employ Housing Officers and Anti-social Behaviour Officers who will help you if you are having problems in your area.

Examples of anti-social behaviour include:

  • Noise nuisance
  • Environmental nuisance
  • Damage to property
  • Unruly pets and animals causing nuisance
  • Vehicle nuisance
  • Graffiti
  • Verbal abuse and threat of violence

The key to resolving issues successfully is resident co-operation and participation.

The new ASB legislation allows for complaints to be received without fear that the details of the person making the complaint will be disclosed. You can therefore request anonymity when reporting an incident.

We also encourage residents to make reports of incidents of a criminal nature to the local Police, and obtain a crime reference number.

To report an incident, please contact your Housing Officer or Anti-social Behaviour Officer.
